An Architectural Visualisation project designed for house buyers to take virtual tours of condo’s that are not yet constructed by Lorient Homes, serving as a pre-order marketing tool, allowing homebuyers an early glimpse, aiding the customers decision making process.

Tallahassee

xLiminal owns a large plot of land in Tallahassee, Florida, in which we used Revit and Unreal Engine 4 to create a hypothetical scenario for a small “gated” community with regenerative facilities.

This project was used to show property developers the benefits and beauty in regenerative housing projects both environmentally and financially.
